feat: count merged and closed PRs in the list - #162

The PRS cell now counts merged (purple ●) and closed (red ⊘) PRs after the open ones, so a session's finished work shows without selecting it. PRs GitHub can't find are left out. The list's PR cell counted only open PRs. It now adds merged (purple
●N) and closed (red⊘N) counts after them, e.g.✓1 ✗1 2 ●3 ⊘1. PRs GitHub can't find aren't counted. The table's PRS column grows from 7 to 13 cells; the sidebar sizes it per row already.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
