feat: text boxes edit like Claude Code; ccs actions move to ^X chords - #157

In the search, message and overlay boxes every Ctrl letter now edits as in Claude Code's prompt: ^A/^E start/end, ^K/^U delete to end/start, ^W the word before, ^Y puts back what they deleted, Alt+B/F by word. ccs's own actions move to ^X chords, Claude Code's pattern for app actions, keeping their letters: ^X A auto-focus, ^X E edit name, ^X G group, ^X T table, ^X U account, ^X W waiting, ^X X prune (^X ^W works too). Preview scrolling is PgUp/PgDn and the wheel. After ^X the header lists the choices; an unknown chord does nothing. Text boxes now edit like Claude Code's prompt. This applies to the search box, the message box and the waiting overlay's box. The keys are from Claude Code's interactive-mode docs:
The text box ccs uses already has all of these except ^Y, which `editKey` adds.
ccs's own actions move to ^X chords, Claude Code's own pattern for app actions (`^X ^E`, `^X ^K`…). They keep their mnemonic letters, and `^X ^W` works the same as `^X W`:
Unchanged: ^S send, ^R refresh, ^L changelog, ^O links, ^D delete, ^F fork, ? help, Tab usage.
While ^X is pressed: the header lists the choices (`A auto-focus E edit name … esc cancel`). An unknown chord does nothing and never types into a box.
Docs: `--help`, the README, the ? popup, the overlay design doc and AGENTS.md are updated. AGENTS.md's conventions now set the rule: text boxes edit as in Claude Code, and ccs actions are ^X chords with mnemonic letters.
Tests: `TestTextBoxesEditLikeClaudeCode` covers ^W, ^A+^K, ^Y, a chord, the chord hint and an unknown chord; the existing tests use a `chord` helper.
