feat: ^R refreshes now and checks for a ccs update; rename moves to ^E - #156

^R does the minute's work now: rescans the sessions, re-asks GitHub about PRs and the allowance, and checks for a ccs update. Rename moves to ^E (edit its name), keeping both keys mnemonic. ^R refreshes now instead of waiting for the minute's tick:
The one-minute schedule carries on as before.
Rename moves to ^E ("edit its name"), so that both keys follow the mnemonic rule. ^E's end-of-line in the search box goes again.
Docs: `--help`, the README, the ? popup and AGENTS.md (including the mnemonic rule's list).
Test: `TestCtrlRRefreshesNowAndChecksForUpdates`; the rename tests use ^E.
