The title read `1 waiting · ^W · auto-focus on · ^A`, where each key looked like one more status item. Now each key comes first, in bold, the way the hints on the right read:

```
ccs · … · ^W 1 waiting · ^A auto-focus on ^G group ? help ^C quit
```

`^W` is still left out when the overlay can't open, for example while another popup or a prompt has the keys.

Tests: `TestHeaderShowsAutoFocusKey`, `TestWaitHeaderCountKeepsTheTitleRow`.

The title read "1 waiting · ^W" and "auto-focus on · ^A", where the key
looked like one more status. It now reads "^W 1 waiting · ^A auto-focus
on", each key in bold in front of its state, as the hints on the right
read.
