Low-code API resources and the model history extension points are being removed before release, so their schema and documentation go with them.

• Removes schemas/low-code/definitions/api-resource-descriptor.schema.json and its apiResources entry in schemas/low-code/manifest.json.
• Drops the API resource mentions from the low-code docs: deleted objects (field lists, former usages), interceptors (execution order) and scripting API (script errors).
• Removes the change summary, history contributors, source labels and protected save points from the model history page.
