When a 1:1 Teams call begins, its initial offer carries only audio and camera lines. When screen sharing is started later in the call:

  • Add a sendonly share line at the camera's H.264 codec to the renegotiation offer (reoffer).
  • If the far end's answer refuses the share line (e.g. port 0 or non-receiving), stop the screen share task and notify the user with "the call did not take your share" (HuddleTrouble::ShareNotTaken).
  • Added Dutch translation for the new failure text.
  • Handled CallEvent::ShareRefused across probe and internal call event routing.
  • Factored share channel wiring into ShareTask and ShareWiring to keep type complexity and function arguments clean.
  • Added unit tests in sdp.rs, media.rs, and call.rs.

A 1:1 Teams call's initial offer carries only audio and camera lines. When we start screen sharing, add a sendonly share line at the camera's H.264 codec to the renegotiation offer. If the far end answers without taking the share line, stop sharing and report that the call did not take the share.
