The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the chart to use a working alternative so the project's stargazer history is displayed again.

The star history chart in the README is broken because the original service can no longer fetch stargazer data reliably. This change points the chart at a working alternative so visitors can see the project's star history again. No other content is affected.
