Le drapeau du Canada ouvre un menu de fuseaux (Canada, États-Unis, Royaume-Uni, Russie, Australie, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane, La Réunion, Mayotte). Le drapeau et l'heure affichés suivent le fuseau choisi. - l'heure est lue à chaque seconde sur un instant partagé entre le serveur et le navigateur (useState) : même rendu à l'hydratation, heure d'été gérée par Intl, minuit affiché 00:00 (hourCycle h23) - le menu est en boutons (clavier, aria-expanded), se ferme au clic extérieur et à Échap, s'ancre à la largeur de l'en-tête sous 480 px, zone tactile élargie - drapeaux en vrais PNG de 160 px ; la Guyane prend le drapeau tricolore (flag-guyane.png de la PR #139 était celui du Guyana) Reprend la fonction de la PR #139 (Sophie), sans le reste de cette PR.
