Align directory filters and remove repeated placeholder

Summary

• Vertically center the desktop directory filter label beside its input.
• Remove the placeholder that repeated the visible label in both tracker and company directories.
• Cover both directory variants in the view test.

The Pug view test requires dependencies that are not installed in this worktree; CI runs the full suite.
