Problem and behavior

Real-iPhone acceptance for #17 found that plan called metadata-only changes renames (F-3), and damaged or removed source links could produce misleading row-reordering/context messages (F-5). plan now counts description renames separately and reports fields, recurrence and deletion. Rejections identify trailing prose, a missing/malformed link, or a changed identity while preserving the original rejection/recovery behavior.

The real rejected iPhone save at 2026-10-26 09:37 UTC contained curly quotes around the fw: identity and APPENDED-AFTER-LINK after the link. The 09:42 UTC save removed C05's source link. Five new real-CLI checks cover those shapes, a corrupted identity, metadata preview counts and preview immutability. No task text is echoed in the status report.

F-3 also exists on main. A read-only main diagnostic rejects the two link examples with its older generic source-link instruction; the misleading structural messages occur in #17's stable-row parser.

Validation

• Baseline: 824/824 self-tests.
• New regressions fail before the fixes; final full self-test: 829/829 passed.
• Public documentation: 248/248 passed; Ruff: passed.
• Production coverage: 93.89% (85% gate); 15/15 changed executable production lines covered (100%, above 90%).
• Device and scheduled-job re-verification is continuing in the isolated fictional-data vault. Acceptance evidence stays outside this public repository. This PR does not certify release readiness.

Based on #17's f9426e2. No release, tag, or merge is requested.
