Re-lands Codex's PR #15 content (commit 5a22a41), which was merged into the feat/ibridge-note-edits branch (as 2942b93) and then dropped from main when that branch was rebased and force-pushed to resolve conflicts in #14. Cherry-picked onto current main (bccc560).

What it adds

• iPhone workflow visuals and a task-rename screenshot under docs/assets/ (with docs/assets/PROVENANCE.md entries), the workflow diagram, and updated README/guide/Obsidian sections that show the optional bridge flow.
• A short addition to docs/ibridge-testing.md.

Conflict resolution

docs/guide.md conflicted with PR #16's paragraphs; I kept both of #16's paragraphs and used the commit's wording for the task-view sentence (checkbox toggles in mapped task views and supported handwritten source checkboxes; title edits only with folderwise-ibridgerename: true).
