Add a requirements link for the unsigned DMG
For users who download the v0.2.3 arm64 DMG, the contribution notes that it is ad-hoc signed and not notarized, so installation depends on the documented first-launch steps. The entry labels the relevant URLs only as Release and Verification, leaving no direct Requirements & details cue for this setup limitation; add one that points to the instructions so users can discover the required Gatekeeper workflow from the listing.

Added a direct Requirements & details link to the versioned v0.2.3 download/first-launch instructions. The native-support headline and verification evidence are unchanged. Both status-copy checks pass. Updated in e572941.
App Being Added
Glim — an MIT-licensed macOS file viewer. I maintain Glim.
Related request: #1111. Adds one alphabetical entry under Developer Tools.

Evidence
Versioned stable release and binary inspection output.
Downloaded the official arm64 DMG, verified its published SHA-256, mounted it read-only and inspected the bundled executable.
filereports Mach-O arm64,lipo -archsreports arm64 and the bundle version is 0.2.3. This is binary inspection, not a new app execution test. It supports this version-specific native architecture claim, not a claim that v0.2.3 was the first native release. The DMG was unmounted afterward.Glim also has a separate Intel installer. Current DMGs are ad-hoc signed and not Apple-notarized; the release/README includes first-launch requirements.
Validation

It is pending review/deployment and has not been verified live.
