Vs Code: Build, Test, and Package #65
Description
Goal : Implement a GitHub Actions CI workflow that automatically builds, tests, and packages the VS Code Test Smell Detector extension on every pull request to main.
Acceptance Criteria
- CI automatically runs on pull requests to main.
- CI installs dependencies using npm ci.
- TypeScript type-checking and compilation complete successfully.
- CI executes the shared regression corpus and verifies all 10 test cases against expected results.
- CI packages the extension into an installable VSIX file.
- The generated VSIX is uploaded as a downloadable GitHub Actions artifact.
- Failed checks cause the CI workflow to fail.
