• 투두 삭제 API에 date 쿼리 파라미터가 필수로 추가되어 서버만 먼저 배포하면 기존 웹의 삭제 요청이 400으로 실패합니다.
• 웹 시험 기간이 끝나는 10/26 이후 웹과 일정을 맞춰 서버를 먼저 배포하고, 웹은 변경된 Swagger 명세를 반영해 1~2시간 이내에 배포하기로 했습니다.
• 그 전까지는 Draft로 두고, 배포 일정이 정해지면 Ready로 바꾼 뒤 머지합니다.

#238 에서 date를 임시로 선택값으로 받도록 바꾸는 중이고 웹이 배포를 요청하면 date를 다시 필수로 되돌린 뒤 deploy PR을 새로 만들 예정이라 이 PR은 닫습니다.
