🎯 What: Refactored
web_startand extracted duplicated network capability checking, port argument parsing, and page content updating into clean helper functions (check_network_capability,parse_port_arg,set_page_content) instdlib/src/web/mod.rs.💡 Why: Reduces boilerplate code across standard web module functions, shortening
web_startand improving maintainability and readability without altering behavior.✅ Verification: Visually verified with
git diffand rancargo fmt --allandcargo test --workspace --all-targets.✨ Result: Shorter, cleaner, and more modular standard web module functions.
