What this changes

Fixes dead, hijacked or moved links in data/competitions/, and one wrong deadline. Found by requesting every official_url and organizer_url in the 15 competition files (about 236 records) and then opening each non-200 result in a real Chrome browser, to separate real failures from bot blocking. Every replacement below was opened in Chrome and returned 200; sites that only answered 403 or 429 to a script were not touched.

Several of these needed a different page rather than the same one twice, because npm run validate:competitions requires 3 distinct source URLs per record; I picked live pages that actually cover the point (organizer "About", timeline, FAQ) and checked their text.

Proof

• npm run validate: places and competitions pass (15 files, 0 warnings); npm run format:check clean.
• Unit tests: 659 total; the two failures I saw were PlacesMap filter presets (fixed by Fix main: pass the new PlacesMap props in the filter presets test #334) and a ResultsList paging test that passes alone on this branch and on unmodified main, so it looks timing-dependent when the whole suite runs.

Not fixed

• toyota-dream-car-art-contest: toyota-dreamcarart.com/about/ is 404 and the site root answers 403 to my browser, so I could not verify any replacement.
• globe-virtual-science-fair: globe.gov/web/virtual-science-fair/ is 404; GLOBE's site now lists a "Virtual Science Symposium" and a "Student Research Exhibition", but I could not confirm either is this fair, so the record is unchanged and should be reviewed.
• meta-hacker-cup (Facebook returns 400 to scripts) and the 403/429 responses were left alone as likely bot blocking.
• I did not re-check dates or fees beyond the Ron Brown deadline and the PAMO dates above.
