I went ahead and upgraded the vendored Eigen to Eigen 5, which made the most sense to do in this PR branch since |
Eigen 5 added a GCC diagnostic push/ignored/pop block to Core/arch/AltiVec/PacketMath.h, which fails R CMD check's pragma check. Apply the existing pragma cleanup to that file as well as DisableStupidWarnings.h. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Possibly a fix for #423 -- at least it avoids
Eigen::alland enables {stochtree} to be compiled against a wider range ofeigenversions.
