- 完善 TagsProject、TagGrpRunner、Logicet 等启动期异常语义；
- ITagGrpRunner：废除事件钩子，改用单槽属性
- ITagsProject：RunnerStarted /RunnerCrashed 多播+按序调用（fast-fail 模式）
- TagsProject: remove SetTurnProcessHandler in favor of SubscribeTurnProcess
- 完善 ILogicet的 MatchEntry异常语义； - 完善 ITagGrpRunner 的异常语义：剥离出同步异常和异常异常，前者是启动期异常，后者是运行期异常。 - ITagsProject：拆成Logicet匹配期、Entries准备期和实际的启动和运行阶段，对于启动期异常，会整体取消所有入口的运行。
