Builds were slow, taking about 70 seconds from cold. Moving to Docusaurus 3.10 with the Rspack based build brings that down to about 9 seconds. This also moves to React 19 and redocusaurus 2.5, and requires Node 20 or later. Update the content for the stricter MDX 3 syntax, and stop Redoc's bundled Prism from rewriting code blocks before they hydrate.
