The pull brought `config`'s older pins for BaseTypes (`.226` -> `.225`), CoreJvmCompiler (`.098` -> `.097`), and DokkaTools (`.11` -> `.10`). The pull of `config` `ad3dff08` brought its older pins back. `config`'s `dependency/local` has not changed since the wave's `604420cd`, so the pins from before the pull are the wave's. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
`cascade prep` pulled `config` again (its check for an earlier pull commit read a SIGPIPE as "not pulled"). The pull brought back `config`'s older BaseTypes (`.225`), CoreJvmCompiler (`.097`), and DokkaTools (`.10`) pins; `prep` does not re-pin repos outside Validation's wave upstreams, so keep the newer published versions.
