`config` `58cd2d4a` renamed the `UpdateGitHubPages` plugin to `PublishApiDocs`. `module.gradle.kts` now calls `publishApiDocs { }`, and no longer makes `publish` depend on the docs task: the `publish-api-docs.yml` workflow publishes the API docs through the root `publishAllApiDocs` task.
