The net diff against master is these two archived files.

Closed by config#836, which records the version vector. Every repository's first Publish and Publish API docs runs on master are green; base-libraries' docs run first failed at the runner's swap step (pierotofy/set-swap-space on the zram runner image) and passed on re-run. Follow-ups merged in config: config#837 (the configureApiDocs() KDoc) and config#838 (KSP tasks ordered after Protobuf generation).
