The SDK's Kotlin must not exceed the Kotlin embedded in the Gradle version of this wrapper (the `kotlin-version-cap` skill): our Gradle plugins and the Spine Compiler run on Gradle's embedded Kotlin, and Gradle pins it with `strictly` constraints on buildscript classpaths. Gradle `9.8.2` embeds Kotlin `2.4.10`, so the cap is `2.4.10`. - Kotlin `2.4.21` -> `2.4.10`: `Kotlin.runtimeVersion`, `Kotlin.embeddedVersion`, and `kotlinEmbeddedVersion` of the build script. - KotlinPoet `2.4.0` -> `2.3.0`: `2.4.0` requires Kotlin `2.4.20`. - KotlinCompileTesting (kctfork) `0.14.0` -> `0.13.0`: `0.14.0` requires Kotlin `2.4.20`. Spine artifacts already published with Kotlin `2.4.21` keep that requirement until rebuilt: `spine-base` `.461`, `spine-logging` `.426`, tool-base `.426`, and ProtoTap `0.17.3`. They need a rebuild in dependency order after this change lands. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Brings in the `kotlin-version-cap` skill and its `kotlin_cap.py` script, which `bump-gradle`, `dependency-update`, and `dependency-audit` now use, plus cross-repo gating in `pre-pr-gate.sh` and worktree-aware hook scripts. Every hook script wired in `.claude/settings.json` and `.codex/hooks.json` is still present and executable at `9cb20bd`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This PR bumps Gradle to

9.8.1→9.8.2(5af55497). Gradle9.8.2still embeds Kotlin2.4.10, per the compatibility matrix and./gradlew --version. The cap stays at2.4.10.2.4.10(32aca21a). The SDK's Kotlin must not exceed the Kotlin embedded in the Gradle version ofconfig's wrapper, because our Gradle plugins and the Spine Compiler run on Gradle's embedded Kotlin.
