style(website): apply ruff format to Python snippet in agents page - #3443

The agent-facing docs page added a Python code block that ruff (which formats Python in Markdown) wants in single-quote style. The lint workflow is path-filtered to Python/dependency files, so it did not run on that change and the failure only surfaced on later dependency PRs.
