- Replaced Correct with Attempts / student in question summaries
- Renamed Answered to Students attempted
- Added backend calculation of total attempts across supported question types
- Renamed Multi-grade to Grade manually to distinguish it from regrading
- Renamed Extra Time to Deadline accommodations and clarified that changes persist
- Added safe numeric normalization so attempts never display as NaN or a negative value
