[Feature Request] Option to disable clock/show clock option

Cesium has a feature where you can disable the clock. This is useful because the TI-84 Plus CE clock in my experience is not reliable in keeping time.

Honestly kind of surprised we didn't already have this feature. Would definitely be a good thing to add!

Visually, I think the most elegant way to have this in the UI is to just add another option within the Customize menu's Clock option

So we already have 24 Hour, AM/PM, and perhaps put Off. Update the description beside it as well.
