Capture the 1.2.1 installer wizard (welcome, accepted license, destination, completion) and the uninstaller (confirmation, removal progress, success) from real runs on Windows 11, then assemble both into captioned GIFs for the README. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Add a "What is new in 1.2.1" summary and an install/upgrade/uninstall section in English, Chinese, and French: requirements, installer and portable paths, silent commands, upgrade behavior (settings survive), uninstall scope (add-in keys and folder removed; settings and logs kept), and the two new captioned GIFs.
