Drives the emulator through the Node client with node:test, one emulator per file, from a local binary (BIGQUERY_EMULATOR_BINARY) or the Docker image as in test/python. CI runs it in a new node-integration job. Reproduces four API gaps Node services hit, each listed in the strict KNOWN_FAILURES so the suite stays green until a fix removes its entry: - jobs.insert replaces the client's jobReference.jobId, so createQueryJob's follow-up calls 404 - configuration.load.sourceUris (gs://) is refused - tabledata.list (Table.getRows) is not routed - the resumable upload session URI names the bind address (0.0.0.0)
