Function autocompletion not working if packages are `source()`ed from a script or loaded from R terminal

If I source() a script to load packages, or load a package from R terminal, the auto-completion does not work.

It only works if I send the code library() from the script to R terminal.

#1816 is an open PR for the runtime-package portion of this request. It synchronizes packages attached in the active R session into the editor’s language server, including packages loaded interactively or absent from the source file’s static package references.

Keeping this open while that PR is unmerged. Completion after source() should also be checked against a concrete script once the runtime synchronization is available.
