Remove the broken Docker Hub workflow and version.txt - #114

docker-image.yml built a Dockerfile that no longer exists (renamed in March 2025) and, because GitHub ignores path filters on tag pushes, ran and failed on the v1.0.1 tag. Demo images are built per docs/deploy.md and stored in ECR, so the workflow is dropped together with version.txt, its only consumer. setup.py is now the single version number and matches the v1.0.1 release. docker-image.ymlbuiltDockerfile, which no longer exists (renamed toDockerfile_uwsgietc. in March 2025). It had not run since 2023, until thev1.0.1tag push triggered it (GitHub ignores path filters on tag pushes) andit failed. Demo images are built as described in
docs/deploy.mdand storedin ECR, so the workflow is no longer needed.
.github/workflows/docker-image.yml.version.txt; the workflow was its only consumer.setup.pytoversion="1.0.1"so the package version matches thelatest release.
The Docker Hub repository and its
DOCKER_USERNAME/DOCKER_PASSWORDsecrets are untouched; remove the secrets in the repo settings if they are
no longer used.
