…#287) - Remove erroneous 'break' in energy_penalty() that applied the penalty to only the first of the carbon capture technologies - Extend energy penalty to 'central gas CHP CC' and 'central solid biomass CHP powerboost CC' - Fix branch ordering for biogas CC and derive efficiency-heat for gas CHP - Use co2_capture instead of hard-coded solid biomass CO2 intensity in efficiency-heat calculation - Make add_energy_storage_database() robust to missing units, NaN carriers and metadata (fixes crash preventing the workflow from running through)
