Make the modernization preview easier to use directly from a repository clone.
Add quick-start instructions for cloning, importing the local manifest, exploring command help and updating the checkout. Clarify platform requirements, optional dependencies and v2 compatibility changes.
Correct stale AzureAD archive references and add CONTRIBUTING.md covering feature branches, four-space indentation, export changes, tests and pull requests.
Documentation only; no packaging or runtime changes.
Validation: documented import/help examples work, all 29 commands are exported, whitespace checks pass, and the patch applies cleanly after PR #16.
