Remove New-ExchangeSession and Close-ExchangeSession. Exchange Online connection management belongs to Microsoft's ExchangeOnlineManagement module; the historical wrappers remain accessible through Git history.
Archive the broken AzureAD session helper and remove the process-wide certificate-validation bypass snippet.

Validation: the cleanup suite passed 344 tests on Linux, with 5 Windows registry tests skipped. After removing the Exchange wrappers, all 17 module and import-boundary checks passed. Both patch application paths were verified.
