Preserve email parameter aliases and HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/FTPS support.
Validate common bare email addresses, including internationalized domains, with explicit length limits.
Replace the URL regex with structured parsing that supports ports, queries, fragments and IPv6.
Return one boolean per pipeline input without network calls.
Update documentation, export tests and the staging inventory.
Email validation intentionally excludes display names, comments, quoted local parts and Unicode local parts. URL validation checks syntax rather than reachability or safety.
Validation: all 205 tests passed on Linux with PowerShell 7.4.13, including 96 new validator tests. The patch applies cleanly to master after PR #9. Windows and macOS CI verification remains pending.
