Drop the Italian planning/handoff notes, dated release logs and checklists, old winget 1.1.x manifests (generated at release time now), empty chocolatey files, unused Sonar config, the unused Installer.iss/WiX scripts and one-off maintenance scripts. Rewrite docs/README.md as an index of files that exist and update the supported-versions table.
gh pr list --head does not accept owner:branch, so the check never matched and a re-run failed on 'a pull request already exists'.

Removes internal working notes (Italian plans/handoff), dated release logs and checklists, stale winget 1.1.x manifests, empty chocolatey files, unused Sonar config, the unused Installer.iss/WiX scripts and one-off maintenance scripts. docs/README.md now indexes only files that exist; SECURITY.md lists the supported version. No app code changes.
