The two-worker setting was sized for a four-core GitHub-hosted runner. The self-hosted Mac has twelve cores and 16 GB, and the suite's full run took 12.8 minutes at two workers against 4.2 locally at four.

The two-worker setting was sized for a four-core GitHub-hosted runner. The self-hosted Mac has twelve cores and 16 GB, and the full suite took 12.8 minutes at two workers (run 38193336513) against 4.2 minutes locally at four. The job-level env feeds seeding as well as the test step, so the stack gets four staff users, desks and room sets to match.
To merge after #497, so the first develop run with the full suite is the trial. If the flake rate moves, back to three.
