DINO-1049: Formatted view for the dashboard only in mobile. (missing checklist) - #1053
Changed the order of the dashboard only in mobile view so that the leaderboards show first.
Shortened the size of the table for the problem of the day in mobile view.

Everything is working as asked for in the Notion post. Just used an ordering system for the tables, which seemed to have worked and changed the width only when in mobile view for the other problem of the day. No issues were encountered.

Improvements
Dashboard sections are arranged by screen size: Problem of the Day appears before the leaderboard on small-phone screens, while the leaderboard appears first on other screen sizes. Recent Submissions remains after both.
Problem of the Day cards and content now use flexible heights on smaller layouts and defined heights on medium and larger layouts, improving how the section fits different screen sizes.
The dashboard changes the order and alignment of its content areas by breakpoint. Problem of the Day cards and content use responsive height values, with auto on base layouts and the previous values at medium and larger breakpoints.
Changes: Dashboard layout
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Responsive section layout and sizing js/src/app/dashboard/Dashboard.page.tsx, js/src/app/dashboard/_components/ProblemOfTheDay/ProblemOfTheDay.tsx
At smallPhone, Problem of the Day appears before the leaderboard. At other breakpoints, the leaderboard appears first. Recent Submissions remains last. The dashboard also changes responsive alignment and wraps Recent Submissions in a div. The Problem of the Day cards and content use auto height values on base layouts and their previous values at medium and larger breakpoints.
Changing screen width can make “View all” lose the selected leaderboard filter, and some tablet and laptop widths can show overflowing dashboard cards. Both are bounded layout issues, but they should be fixed or explicitly accepted before merging.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title names the main change: a mobile-only formatted view for the dashboard, matching the raw summary (leaderboards reordered on mobile, Problem of the Day table shortened on mobile). It also names the ticket DINO-1049. The trailing "(missing checklist)" is noise but does not make the title unrelated.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description covers the main required parts: a description of changes, the checklist, and screenshots for dev and staging. It states that the mobile order now puts leaderboards first and that the Problem of the Day table is shorter on mobile. The checklist items are marked complete, but the description does not explain how the checks were done. It also has no separate staging note. The header comment from the template is left in place. The description is mostly complete, so it passes.
Full details: Docstring Coverage
Explanation
Docstring coverage is 0.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 2 functions across 2 files.
Resolution
Write docstrings for the functions missing them to satisfy the coverage threshold.

use responsive rendering order rather than relying only on the `order` style.

At the 48em breakpoint, the row contains three cards with miw="31vw" and two md gaps. The dashboard content width is the viewport minus 64px, so this requires 93vw + 32px and overflows at widths below approximately 1,371px. The row does not enable wrapping or a dashboard scroll container. This can move card content beyond the viewport.
The actual narrow-mobile branch already stacks DashboardLeaderboard before ProblemOfTheDay; this issue affects the reachable row branch from 48em upward.

Update the Flex container holding the dashboard cards to enable wrapping, so the
row branch wraps cards instead of overflowing when they exceed the available
width.
