The Sphinx-docs workflow (.github/workflows/sphinx.yml) builds the docs successfully but the Deploy step fails, so the live site at https://pnnl-compbio.github.io/coderdata/ is not being updated.
The deploy uses peaceiris/actions-gh-pages@v3 with github_token: ${{ secrets.DOCSITE_TOKEN }}. The push to gh-pages is rejected with:
remote: Invalid username or token. Password authentication is not supported for Git operations.
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://github.com/PNNL-CompBio/coderdata.git/'

This affects every recent run (the last several Sphinx-docs runs on main all fail at Deploy), so it predates and is independent of any docs content change. The HTML build itself succeeds and uploads the artifact.
