Adds Pen Scroll (macOS) for OpenTabletDriver 0.6.7: hold a pen button and move the pen to scroll, like two fingers on a trackpad. The tip never clicks while the button is held, the cursor keeps following the pen, and there's a one-to-one Drag mode and a Joystick mode. macOS and Absolute Mode only.
