CI mechanism similar to https://github.com/OO-LD/oold-python

All open PRs #120 #3 must be solved for migration

Done. #129 (merged 2026-08-05) migrated structure, tooling, CI/CD and docs to the uv/zensical stack. The blocking #120 merged 2026-07-07.
