Gaps in testing (local Python --> local GDrive --> Colab)

Description

In minimizing the gap between local testing and Colab testing, few differences I found.

1. I have to explicitly approve the peer request at the data owner side: do_client.approve_peer_request(ds_email)
2. In dataset creation for DS to view the DO's datasets, users parameter is optional in local python and local GDrive but in necessary in Colab.

Would a compact cross-environment regression fixture be useful here?

I can prototype the same data-owner and data-scientist sequence across local Python, local GDrive, and Colab, then return:

• normalized inputs and configuration for each environment
• the peer-approval step and dataset users behavior
• an assertion matrix showing where behavior diverges
• a replayable execution record plus secrets-safe failure notes

I maintain Forum 1.13.0 and Gather 1.6.1 under the Zentropy Labs name. They are fair-source, not OSI open source, and I would use them only to generate the receipts and replay record. The PySyft fixture and findings can follow this repository's Apache-2.0 contribution rules.

Would you prefer this under tests/integration/, or as a small standalone reproducer first?
