Mintlify fails to parse enterprise/release-notes/0.71.1.mdx because the bare '<49' in the cryptography line is interpreted as the start of an HTML/JSX tag. Replacing '<49' with 'under 49' resolves the build error. Co-authored-by: openhands <openhands@all-hands.dev>
