Updates all eleven xWeatherRouting Alpha packages from 1.32.0 to 1.34.0 so Plugin Manager offers the current public release.
This includes 1.33's Atlas routing engine, which is opt-in for existing Auto/All configurations, and 1.34's restored multi-polar boat editor, separate per-polar Wind range page, and clearer polar/crossover plots on desktop and Android. Saved boats, per-polar policies and existing engine memberships are retained.
The platform set and minimum plugin API 1.21 are unchanged. Packages cover Windows x86/x64, macOS Apple Silicon, Android ARM64, Debian 12 x86_64/ARM64, Debian 13 x86_64, Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 x86_64 and Flatpak 25.08 x86_64/ARM64. Windows x64 targets current official
