The marks-import dialog showed a tall square verification widget even when there was room for a horizontal one, alongside a long technical explanation. Remove that explanation and the extra helper text in Arabic and English, shorten the description, and show verification only when interaction is needed.
The widget uses flexible width when at least 300px is available and compact size on narrower screens. It responds to dialog resizing and clears the old token when recreated. Server verification is unchanged.
Validation: formatter checks and production build passed. Responsive browser checks cover both languages, narrow screens, short viewports, resizing, and reopening the dialog.
