When CKEditor loads, a warning is returned:

This CKEditor 4.14.0 version is not secure. Consider upgrading to the latest one, 4.25.1-lts.

This obviously requires upgrading to a later version of CKEditor. This is defined in the HtmlAttributeDescriptorViewModel, via the RegisterResources() method.
