…ofile Maven's docker profile declared two separate <plugin> blocks for maven-resources-plugin (copy-sql-scripts and copy-mongo-scripts), which newer Maven versions (3.9+) reject as an invalid POM (duplicate plugin declaration), breaking CI's -Pdocker build. Merge them into a single plugin with two executions, which is the supported way to run a plugin's goal multiple times with different configuration.

Initial Russian translations are fine (can't speak russian). The build checks identified an issue with duplicate entries in pom.xml
