• A cut-off tool call three times in a row trips the circuit breaker, and its recovery (a tier bump) can't help with length

• coding tools: neutral **/*.py example instead of src/**/*.py, with coding_run re-recorded (post-launch, after #801)

• Cron job prometheus.jobs.daily_briefing ignores the daemon's --config and runs on the search-path config or defaults (target 0.9.11)

• Coding runs ignore the daemon's --config: POST /api/code accepts, the run refuses "coding mode is disabled" (target 0.9.11)

• The nightly backup's main archive is flagged TORN-RISK on most nights, and the log doesn't say which file changed

• Flaky test: test_worker_end_withdraws_approvals::test_a_worker_that_finishes_tells_the_listeners_so fails under full-suite load

• is_trusted persists False for ~94% of rows: assistant turns never set it, and the wire builder's True default is dead code

• /mimo: MiMo recommends sending reasoning_content back on tool turns; we never do

  bug
OAraLabs/Prometheus#690 · Filter by author OAraLabs opened on Oct 6, 2026

• Document what the read floor rests on, and that running as root removes it

OAraLabs/Prometheus#545 · Filter by author OAraLabs opened on Sep 21, 2026

• The read floor does not gate bash: denied_paths is matched on resolved paths, bash is handed a string

• A failed or skipped nightly backup still reaches nobody: the run now exits non-zero and says so, but it says so into a log file nothing reads

• The nightly backup captures SQLite non-atomically, suppresses the warning that would reveal it, and defers to a snapshot mechanism that stopped running in June
