I made this, but now I'm not sure we should actually use it. This is because there is no way (that I'm aware of) to hide/delete old annotations (e.g. from prior runs), so duplicates (or no-longer-applying) annotations will still be present. See https://github.com/mdaniels5757/unconnected-nixpkgs/pull/99/changes for an example of this.
Possibly this should stay a draft until https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/84043 or https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/16661)? But I suspect we're going to need to wait a while for that...
