Adds sales/flight-recorder-pilot/, a self-contained kit for selling a fixed-price Korg flight-recorder pilot to teams using coding agents. It contains docs only; no source, spec, CI, or release files change.

What's in it: the offer, ideal customer profile, scope and exclusions, deliverables (D1–D15), technical discovery questionnaire, security and data-handling terms, timeline, pricing (Recorder $6,500 / Recorder + CI Gate $14,500 / Evidence Pack $24,000), acceptance criteria (AC1–AC8), a sample report outline, and outreach templates. No prospect has been contacted.

How claims are kept honest: CLAIMS.md maps every technical statement to repo evidence. It lists the limits to disclose, among them:

  • live capture works for Claude Code only;
  • a record can be rewritten before it is sealed;
  • there is no trusted time and no key revocation;
  • redaction is rule-based;
  • Certificates contain the full session;
  • the crates.io and npm packages are stale 0.1.0 releases.

The kit makes no compliance or certification claim.

Validation (scratch, against 781bc41):

  • The JS and Python conformance suites pass.
  • 265 adapter tests pass.
  • A synthetic transcript went through korg-hook → redacted ledger → korg_ledger lint clean → korg-seal mint → the JS verifier accepted it with the pinned key and rejected a wrong key.
  • The edit, delete, swap, and forged-summary drills all failed verification as the acceptance criteria require.
  • Every relative link and anchor resolves, and every external URL returns 200.
  • Two adversarial review passes ran; their findings are fixed.

Not run: the Rust korg-verify (no toolchain in the sandbox), a live Claude Code session, and the GitHub Action.

Add a separate sales/flight-recorder-pilot/ area with a sellable, fixed-price
Korg pilot for teams using coding agents: offer, ICP, scope and exclusions,
deliverables, discovery questionnaire, security and data-handling terms,
timeline, pricing, acceptance criteria, sample report outline, and outreach
templates.

Every technical statement is traced to public code and docs in CLAIMS.md,
with the limits to disclose (Claude Code is the only live capture path,
records can be rewritten before sealing, no trusted time, no revocation,
rule-based redaction, stale 0.1.0 registry packages). The kit makes no
compliance or certification claim. No source, spec, or release files change.
