Before: the runtime crates still say 0.1.0, and everything merged since May sits under [Unreleased] in the changelog, which also leaves out the swarm honest pipeline, capture, trust hardening, the goldseal rename and the README launch work (#8 to #22).

After: the korg runtime crates are 0.2.0, and the changelog has a [0.2.0] — 2026-10-05 section with a summary, a breaking-change note for goldseal@v1 → korgcert@v1, and entries for the missing PRs. [Unreleased] is empty again.

How: bumped version in the root and the ten crates/korg-* manifests plus the two internal korg-ledger dependency pins, then let cargo refresh Cargo.lock (only korg's own packages changed). korg-bridge stays on its own bridge-v* line. cargo check --workspace --locked passes.

No tag is pushed by this PR. After merge, pushing v0.2.0 triggers release.yml, which builds the four binaries and publishes the GitHub release.

Bump the korg runtime crates from 0.1.0 to 0.2.0 (korg-bridge keeps its own
bridge-v* line) and cut the [0.2.0] changelog section from Unreleased, filling
in the merged work it was missing (#8-#22).
